“Guide was very good. Only issue was that meet up instruction was very poor. It was by chance that we found guide as he was outside church and app said to meet him at middle of town square, about size of a football field. Also unable to “chat” which was proscribed way to handle problem.”

“Our guide was extremely nice and polite. However, first of all, he was half an hour late secondly, and most importantly, he had absolutely no knowledge of the city and the main sites. We walked for almost 2 hours and received zero in-depth information. Why would you send a a foreign 21-year-old, who is new to the city, instead of a true local, as you advertise, who really knows what he’s talking about? We’re sorry to say this was an absolute waste of money and time and we expect a full reimbursement.”
