I went to the designated pickup and when no driver came I sent a text asking about the location. When I called for a refund I was told that it was after the 24 hour cancellation policy. It wasn’t 24 hours available for me to adhere to the policy. So I lost my money. I have enjoyed past experiences, but because of this, I will not be booking again with this company.”
